Hello Love, it’s so great to connect with you.
I’m your Healer, Kristen Comer
Welcome, love! I can't wait to give you a great big hug. My name is Kristen Comer, and I am the visionary who has crafted this profound and transformative experience at Rooted with Wings. As Toledo's first Reiki Healing Head Spa, a Hairstylist, a Reiki Master and Astrologer, I bring a truly unique force to holistic well-being. I'm not just a skilled practitioner; I'm an empathetic, compassionate, and intuitively brilliant listener, whose wisdom cuts through the noise, sensing what's unsaid and bringing profound clarity.
I understand the silent struggles of overwhelm and burnout because I've navigated my own journey from a decade of severe depression and anxiety back to vibrant health and the active life I've always craved. My path is paved with holistic practices like Reiki, meditation, herbal remedies, homeopathy, and the power of self-awareness. This isn't just a story to me; it's the foundation of my life and my profound ability to guide others. To me, holistic means so much more than conscious eating or exercise; it's a lens of self-love, growth, and radical self-awareness that transforms lives from the inside out.
In the wake of the pandemic, I lovingly created Rooted with Wings. I am deeply called to solve the pervasive problems of modern-day burnout and overwhelm that so many of us face. I take women from a state of exhaustion and stress to one of deep relaxation and complete revitalization. This isn't just a service; it's a ceremony, an immersive journey that consistently evokes feelings of nurturing, tranquility, revitalization, healing, all with a touch of magic.
Beyond the sanctuary, I love connecting with our local Toledo community. If you see me out and about, please stop and say "Hi”, I’d genuinely love to connect! My partner Doug and I enjoy our active lifestyle. We enjoy exploring Toledo and the surrounding areas. You might spot me volunteering at local nonprofits like The Victory Center's wig bank or perhaps singing at the top of my lungs while driving around with an iced coffee in hand.
